Dream it.
The Viktor & Rolf marketing team needed a solution for the 2024 Mother’s Day season. The request was to build six mini-grand outposts that were to be installed at key locations throughout the U.S. as well as one mega outpost that was to be installed in Miami Florida.
fit inside floor plan
To create a statement piece like this within each store’s footprint requires balancing impact and space efficiency. Thoughtful placement ensured the displays felt immersive yet unobtrusive, complementing surrounding merchandise while remaining a key focal point of the brand.
Build it.
Crafting a visually stunning retail display requires meticulous attention to materials, scale, and brand identity. For Viktor & Rolf’s Flowerbomb, the oversized perfume bottle structures required several prototypes to achieve their sharp lines and dimensional presence. The combination of floral accents and luxe finishes echoes the fragrance’s identity—elegant yet dramatic.
simultaneous installs/timeline
Executing a multi-location rollout presents logistical hurdles. With careful coordination, each display was constructed, shipped, and installed on schedule, ensuring uniformity in presentation while adapting to unique store environments. The timeline accounted for material lead times, on-site assembly, and final staging for Mother’s Day promotions.
Brand Immersion
Beyond aesthetics, the display was designed to immerse shoppers in the Flowerbomb experience. From the bold colors to the celebratory messaging, every detail reinforced Viktor & Rolf’s vision. The tactile engagement—seeing and interacting with the sculptural elements—transformed fragrance into a larger-than-life spectacle.
